PGT Tamil Teacher – Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan and conduct effective Tamil classes for Classes IX to XII, ensuring thorough coverage of the prescribed syllabus.
- Prepare detailed lesson plans and deliver engaging lessons on Tamil grammar, prose, poetry, and literature.
- Provide intensive coaching for board examinations with a strong focus on important questions, question patterns, and expected learning outcomes.
- Conduct rigorous revision sessions to reinforce concepts, improve retention, and ensure complete syllabus preparation.
- Prepare students through regular unit tests, weekly tests, model examinations, and board exam practice papers.
- Correct answer scripts meticulously, provide individual feedback, and guide students on improving answer presentation, accuracy, and time management.
- Analyse test results, identify learning gaps,



and conduct remedial classes for students requiring additional support.
- Monitor students' academic progress through continuous assessment and maintain detailed performance records.
- Train students in writing structured answers, presenting key points, managing examination time, and avoiding common errors.
- Conduct repeated revisions and follow-up assessments to strengthen students' confidence and readiness for board examinations.
- Provide individual attention and motivation to help students achieve their maximum academic potential.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
