Job Title: VMC Operator

Responsibilities:

- Operate VMC machines as per production requirements.
- Load/unload components and monitor machining process.
- Read basic engineering drawings and work instructions.
- Use Vernier, Micrometer and other measuring instruments.
- Check dimensions and maintain quality standards.
- Perform basic tool offset corrections.
- Achieve production targets with minimum rejection.
- Follow 5S, safety and PPE procedures.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma – Mechanical
Experience: 1–5 years in VMC/CNC operation.
