We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist to join the Oprava team. The ideal candidate should have solid knowledge of skin science, facial protocols, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality skin treatments while ensuring an exceptional client experience aligned with Oprava’s standards of care, hygiene, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced facial and skin treatments including hydrafacials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and device-based therapies as per clinic protocols

Conduct detailed skin analysis and assist in creating customized treatment plans under medical guidance

Maintain strict hygiene and sterilization protocols before, during, and after all procedures

Prepare treatment rooms ensuring a calming, clean, and well-prepared environment (lighting, comfort, etc.)

Communicate each step of the procedure to clients to ensure comfort and transparency

Monitor client skin response and report any adverse reactions to the supervising doctor

Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation





Ensure proper usage and maintenance of aesthetic devices and products

Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow-up guidance

Uphold Oprava’s service standards, client care etiquette, and brand image

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Certification/Diploma in Aesthetic Therapy, Dermatology Assistance, or related field

Prior experience in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic preferred

Strong understanding of skin types, conditions, and treatment protocols

Hands-on experience with aesthetic devices and facial procedures

Excellent communication and client-handling skills

High level of hygiene awareness and professionalism

Calm, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
