Know Your Careers (KYC) is a startup dedicated to bridging the gap between students and career opportunities and developing innovation ecosystems in schools as well as colleges. We work closely with schools, educators, industry experts, and institutions to make quality career guidance accessible to students across India.

Position

- Business Development Associate (Founder's Office)
- Mode: Remote
- Duration: 3 Months
- Working Hours: Monday–Saturday | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
- Freshers/final year college students (must have availability during working hours) can apply

Key Responsibilities

- Reach out to schools, colleges, TPCs via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and other channels.
- Present Know Your Careers and its initiatives to representatives.
- Build and maintain relationships with principals, coordinators, and administrators.
- Schedule meetings between interested institutions and the leadership team.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture partnerships.
- Maintain accurate outreach records and update the CRM.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless communication.
- Represent Know Your Careers professionally in every interaction.

Roles & Opportunities

- Hands-on experience in public relations and qualified outreach.
- Practical exposure to business communication and stakeholder engagement.

Who Should Apply?

We're looking for candidates who:

- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Are confident speaking with professionals over calls.
- Possess strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Can manage follow-ups and maintain accurate records.
- Are interested in education, public relations, outreach, or business development.
- Have a stable internet connection, a laptop, and a smartphone.

Expectations & KPIs

- Registration Target: 100 verified registrations/month for the full ₹8,000 monthly stipend.
- Drive registrations through outreach, follow-ups and conversions.
- Maintain accurate lead, call and registration records.
- Daily work and performance will be evaluated through call logs, recordings, communication screenshots and CRM updates.

Internship & Stipend Structure

- Week 1: Onboarding, training and project orientation.
- Minimum Stipend: ₹4,000/month fixed stipend, subject to successful completion of the month.
- Performance-Linked Incentive: Up to an additional ₹4,000 based on verified registrations.
- 50 registrations → ₹2,000 variable incentive
- 75 registrations → ₹3,000 variable incentive
- 100 registrations → ₹4,000 variable incentive
- Maximum Stipend at 100 registrations: ₹8,000/month.

Additional Incentive: For registrations beyond the first 100, interns earn 2% of the total sales generated for every subsequent 100 registrations, calculated on the actual ticket size.
