KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand and manage accounts, billing, and receivables under expert guidance
Coordinate with hospitals regarding treatment and patient requirements
Assist in identifying hospitals and appropriate lines of treatment
Coordinate guesthouse arrangements for travellers
Support patients throughout their treatment through phone and email
Monitor and track hospital admission formalities
Provide regular medical updates to sponsors such as insurance companies, charity organisations, and employers




Track additional requirements during treatment and coordinate necessary interventions
Assist travellers with visa-related requirements when required

Provide interpreter support where required
Maintain effective communication with patients, hospitals, and other stakeholders

Developing overseas relationships through email, phone, and social media
Connecting with doctors and potential international clients
Managing relationships with doctors, hospitals, insurance companies, travel companies, and corporates
