Job Summary

DCG Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring 15 experienced Telecallers for a Work From Home opportunity.

We are looking for confident and target-oriented candidates with 1–2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, customer support, or lead follow-up.

If you have good communication skills and enjoy speaking with customers and converting leads, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Explain our products/services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Work towards daily and monthly performance targets.
- Maintain a minimum of 3+ hours of effective talk time per day.




- Follow up consistently to maximize lead conversions.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant telecalling/telesales experience is mandatory.
- Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills.
- Experience in handling outbound calls and lead follow-ups.
- Comfortable working with sales and conversion targets.
- Basic knowledge of WhatsApp and computer/mobile applications.
- Good internet connection and a suitable setup for Work From Home.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and responsible.
