Job Description

- Prepare accurate cutting lists based on approved joinery and shop drawings.
- Review drawings, dimensions, materials, specifications, and production requirements.
- Calculate material requirements and optimize material usage and wastage.
- Interpret joinery/shop drawings and translate them into production-ready cutting lists.
- Coordinate with draftsmen, production, and project teams for technical clarifications.
- Ensure cutting lists are accurate, complete, and released on time for production.
- Maintain proper records of cutting lists, revisions, and related documentation.
- Check and verify dimensions, quantities, materials, and specifications before release.
- Support the production team in resolving drawing and cutting-list-related issues.
- Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth and timely production

Requirements

- Relevant experience in Joinery,



furniture production, interior fit-out, or woodworking.
- Solid knowledge and practical experience in cutting-list preparation.
- Ability to read and interpret joinery/shop drawings.
- Good understanding of MDF, plywood, particle board, laminates, veneers, hardware, and other joinery materials.
- Good numerical ability, accuracy, and strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD is required, and joinery/furniture production software will be an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with production and technical teams.
- GCC/UAE joinery experience is required.
