Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities in the foam and bubble manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate and supervise foam and bubble manufacturing machines.
- Manage daily production targets and achieve production plans.
- Handle manpower allocation and monitor worker performance.
- Maintain product quality and reduce material wastage.
- Monitor machine performance and coordinate maintenance.
- Ensure proper material handling and workplace housekeeping.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.




- Follow safety procedures and production schedules.

Required Qualifications & Experience

- ITI / Diploma / Any Graduate preferred.
- Experience in foam, bubble sheet, or packaging manufacturing preferred.
- Knowledge of machine operation, production planning, and manpower handling.
- Positive supervisory and problem-solving skills.
