We are looking for a Service Engineer with knowledge of label printers to provide technical support, troubleshoot printer issues, and ensure the smooth functioning of label printing equipment throughout a two-month project.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain label printers.
- Troubleshoot printer-related issues, including print quality, connectivity, sensor errors, and paper or label feeding problems.
- Perform routine servicing, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs.
- Configure printer settings, label sizes, and print alignment.
- Identify technical faults and provide timely solutions.
- Assist users with printer operation and basic troubleshooting.
- Maintain service records and report technical issues to the concerned team.
- Follow safety procedures and work in rotational shifts as required.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Hardware, or a related discipline.
- Experience: Freshers with relevant technical knowledge and experienced candidates may apply.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, printer configuration, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with barcode label printers or industrial label printers will be an added advantage.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts for the entire project duration.
