Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Electronics Repair Engineer with practical experience in CCTV camera repair, NVR troubleshooting, and electronic component-level repair. The candidate should be capable of diagnosing hardware faults, identifying defective electronic components, performing PCB-level repairs, and ensuring that repaired products meet quality and performance standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. CCTV Camera Repair

- Diagnose and repair faulty CCTV cameras, including IP and analog cameras.
- Troubleshoot camera power supply, video output, connectivity, and hardware issues.
- Identify and replace defective electronic components and damaged PCB parts.
- Perform testing and quality checks after repairs.

2. NVR Repair & Troubleshooting

- Diagnose and repair Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and related hardware.
- Troubleshoot power supply, motherboard, Ethernet ports, storage interfaces, and other hardware faults.
- Identify issues related to HDD detection, network connectivity, and system booting.
- Test repaired NVRs for reliable operation and recording functionality.

3. Electronics Component-Level Repair

- Perform PCB-level diagnosis and component replacement.
- Identify and replace faulty resistors, capacitors, diodes, transistors, ICs, MOSFETs, and other electronic components as applicable.
- Use a digital multimeter, soldering station, hot-air rework station, and other repair tools.
- Read circuit diagrams and PCB layouts wherever available.
- Diagnose short circuits, power supply failures, and electronic board faults.

4. Testing & Quality Control

- Conduct functional testing of repaired CCTV cameras, NVRs, and electronic boards.
- Verify power supply, image quality,



network connectivity, and recording functions.
- Ensure repaired products meet the company's quality standards before dispatch.
- Maintain low repeat-repair rates and minimize unnecessary component replacement.

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Maintain repair records, fault diagnosis details, and component replacement logs.
- Prepare daily repair reports and update product service status.
- Coordinate with the technical team regarding complex faults and spare component requirements.
- Maintain repair tools, test equipment, and the workbench properly.

Required Skills

- Hands-on experience in CCTV camera and NVR hardware repair.
- Strong knowledge of analog and digital electronics.
- Practical experience in PCB troubleshooting and component-level soldering.
- Ability to use a digital multimeter and soldering/rework equipment.
- Basic understanding of IP networking and CCTV systems.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

Preferred Skills

- Experience repairing IP cameras, analog cameras, NVRs, DVRs, and SMPS power supply boards.
- Knowledge of circuit diagrams, PCB tracks, and SMD component replacement.
- Experience in an electronics service centre, CCTV repair centre, or electronic equipment manufacturing company.

Performance Expectations

- Complete repairs within the assigned timeline.
- Ensure accuracy and quality in every repair.
- Minimize repeat faults and rework.
- Maintain proper repair documentation and component usage records.
- Follow ESD precautions and workplace safety procedures.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
