- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of extrusion machines, motors, gearboxes, pumps, and other mechanical equipment.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults and machine breakdowns.
- Carry out fitting, alignment, bearing replacement, lubrication, and mechanical repairs.
- Monitor machine performance and report recurring maintenance issues.
- Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare parts requirements.
- Coordinate with production operators to minimize machine downtime.
- Follow safety procedures, SOPs, and housekeeping standards.
- Assist in installation, modification, and improvement of machinery.
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of tools and equipment.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of mechanical fitting, tools, bearings, gearboxes, and machine components.
- Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance skills.
- Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
