Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Monitor construction work as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Ensure quality of materials and workmanship.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, vendors, and site workers.
- Check measurements, quantities, and material requirements.
- Maintain daily site progress reports and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and construction guidelines.
- Coordinate with senior engineers, architects, and project managers.
- Assist in BOQ preparation, estimation, and billing.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned construction activities.

Required Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.




- 1–3 years of experience in real estate or building construction preferred.
- Freshers with good technical knowledge may also apply.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and construction drawings is preferred.
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
