The team

Our Internal Audit team works with leading real-estate organizations to strengthen governance, risk management, and internal control frameworks. The team supports clients in enhancing operational efficiency, compliance, and business performance through risk-based reviews and process assessments.

Your work profile

- Lead execution of internal audit and process review engagements across real-estate sector clients
- Plan and manage audit activities, including risk assessment, process walkthroughs, and control evaluations
- Review work performed by team members and ensure quality of audit documentation and deliverables
- Identify key business risks, control weaknesses, and process improvement opportunities
- Prepare and review audit reports, management presentations, and executive summaries
- Engage with client management to discuss audit observations, recommendations, and remediation plans
- Manage engagement timelines, team coordination,



and stakeholder communications
- Support business development activities, proposal preparation, and client relationship management
- Mentor and guide junior team members throughout engagement execution

Key skills required

- Education: Semi-Qualified CA with 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience in Internal Audit, Process Audit, Risk & Controls, or related areas
- Sound understanding of business processes, risk assessment methodologies, and internal control frameworks
- Experience in leading audit workstreams and managing client interactions independently
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, report-writing, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and audit documentation tools
