Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Furniture Assembly Supervisor to manage furniture module assembly, ensure quality standards, and coordinate with production and packing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and allocate assembly jobs according to production schedules and approved drawings.

Check components, hardware, fittings, and accessories before assembly.

Ensure correct dimensions, alignment, joints, and functionality of doors, drawers, hinges, and runners.

Inspect furniture for scratches, chips, glue marks, and other defects.

Ensure assembly follows approved drawings and work instructions.

Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Packing teams to resolve material and quality issues.

Conduct first-piece and in-process quality inspections.

Maintain assembly checklists and ensure correct project and module identification.

Prevent incomplete or defective furniture from moving to packing.

Manage assembly workers,



tools, workplace organization, and safety.

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI, Diploma, or equivalent practical experience in furniture manufacturing.

5–10 years of hands-on furniture assembly experience.

Previous supervisory experience in furniture assembly is required.

Knowledge of furniture hardware, fittings, assembly drawings, and quality inspection.

Ability to manage workers, production targets, and rework.

Experience in modular furniture manufacturing will be preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
