Job Summary

Systole Remedies Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a qualified and experienced QA Officer / Executive to support quality assurance activities, ensure GMP compliance, maintain documentation, and monitor in-process quality during pharmaceutical manufacturing and packing operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. In-Process Quality Assurance (IPQA)

- Perform line clearance before manufacturing and packing operations.
- Conduct in-process checks, including weight variation, hardness, fill volume, leak tests, and labelling/carton verification, as applicable.
- Collect in-process and finished product samples as per SOPs and submit them to QC.
- Monitor environmental conditions, including temperature, relative humidity, and differential pressure.

2. Quality Documentation

- Issue, control, and retrieve BMRs, BPRs, logbooks, and controlled formats.
- Review batch records for completeness and accuracy.
- Prepare and revise SOPs, protocols, and formats as assigned.
- Maintain master and executed documents as per the document retention policy.

Quality Systems & Compliance

- Support deviation, change control, CAPA, and OOS investigations.
- Assist in root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
- Support validation and qualification activities.
- Assist in APQR preparation, stability documentation, and market complaint investigations.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure GMP compliance.

4. Training

- Conduct GMP and SOP training for shop-floor personnel.
- Maintain employee training records and related documentation.

Candidate Requirements

- B.Sc., B.Pharm, or M.Pharm qualification.
- Minimum 1+ year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Practical knowledge of IPQA, GMP, GDP, BMR/BPR, and quality documentation.
- Understanding of deviations, CAPA, change control, and audit requirements.
- Valuable documentation, communication, and coordination skills.
- Candidates without pharmaceutical industry experience will not be considered.
