Job Description: Social Media & Content Executive

1. Social Media Management

- Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and YouTube.

- Plan monthly content calendars and develop engaging posts, reels, stories, and healthcare campaigns.

- Coordinate with the designer for timely design creation and as per idea shared.

- Visit Gurgaon hospitals at least one day per week for doctor photo shoots, video recordings, reviews, and patient testimonials.

- Accompany doctors during podcasts and manage content coordination to ensure discussions follow the planned scripts.

- Monitor social media performance, engagement, reach, and growth.

2. Content Writing

- Create a minimum of 120 content pieces per month, including blogs, website pages, articles, and press release.

- Write podcast scripts, doctor interview questions,



reels, and YouTube Shorts scripts.

- Create SEO-friendly content using relevant keywords and healthcare research.

- Ensure content accuracy, originality, readability, and brand consistency.

- Coordinate with doctors for medical fact-checking and content approvals.

- Repurpose blogs, podcasts, and interviews into social media content.

Required Skills

- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and content writing.

- Excellent English and Hindi/Hinglish writing skills.

- Knowledge of SEO, AI writing tools, and social media analytics.

- Robust communication, coordination, and time management skills.

- Willingness to travel to Gurgaon hospitals for planned shoots and podcasts.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
