Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to manage daily production activities in the Copper Division, ensure production targets are achieved, and maintain quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily copper production activities and shop-floor operations.
- Allocate manpower and monitor employee performance.
- Achieve daily production targets and maintain production reports.
- Monitor product quality and minimize material wastage.
- Ensure proper machine operation and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Follow safety procedures and maintain workplace discipline.
- Monitor raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Stores, Quality,
and Dispatch teams.
- Maintain shift-wise production records and report issues to management.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma / ITI / Degree in Mechanical or relevant engineering field preferred.
- Experience in production supervision, preferably in copper, metal, or manufacturing industries.
- Knowledge of production processes, manpower handling, and shop-floor management.
- Positive communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet production targets and manage shift operations.
