About the Role

We are looking for an expert Embroidery Designer / Digitizer who knows all types of embroidery techniques and can convert any logo, artwork, or sample into a clean, production-ready embroidery file. The candidate will work closely with our production team and machine operators at our workshop in Kuwait.

Key Responsibilities

Digitizing & Design:

- Digitize logos, artwork, and designs from images, sketches, or physical samples
- Create production-safe files with correct stitch types, density, underlay, pull compensation, and stitch sequence
- Export files in machine formats (DST, EMB, etc.) for Tajima and multi-head machines
- Edit and fix existing embroidery files for better quality and fewer thread breaks

Embroidery Techniques (must know all):

- Flat embroidery (satin, tatami/fill, running stitch)
- 3D puff embroidery
- Appliqué and reverse appliqué
- Chenille and towel embroidery
- Sequins embroidery
- Cording / tapping and zari work
- Cap / hat embroidery
- Patches and badges (merrowed edge, woven-look,



laser-cut patches)
- Small text and fine detail embroidery
- Embroidery on difficult fabrics (leather, towel, knit, stretch, thick fabrics)

General:

- Select the right thread colors, backing, and topping for each fabric
- Run test samples and correct designs before bulk production
- Guide machine operators on hooping, settings, and design issues
- Complete urgent and bulk orders on time with consistent quality

Requirements

- Minimum [3–5] years experience as an embroidery designer / digitizer
- Expert in Wilcom EmbroideryStudio (Pulse, Tajima DG/ML, or Hatch knowledge is a plus)
- Robust knowledge of all embroidery techniques listed above
- Practical knowledge of Tajima / Barudan / Chinese multi-head machines
- Basic knowledge of CorelDRAW for artwork cleanup is a plus
- Must be ready to relocate to Kuwait and work full-time on site
