Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Audit & MIS Executive to manage internal audits, MIS reporting, inventory verification, cost analysis, and financial data accuracy in our manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits of financial records, purchase bills, sales invoices, expenses, and supporting documents.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Maintain reports related to sales, purchases, production, inventory, and expenses.
- Verify physical stock and reconcile it with system records.
- Monitor raw materials, finished goods, material consumption, and wastage.
- Perform cost analysis, budget variance analysis, and identify discrepancies.
- Coordinate with Accounts, Purchase, Stores,



and Production teams for data verification.
- Maintain audit documentation, identify control gaps, and follow up on corrective actions.
- Prepare Excel reports and dashboards to support management decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Graduate in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
- Minimum 3+ years of relevant experience in Audit & MIS, preferably in a manufacturing company.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and formulas.
- Understanding of inventory reconciliation, internal audit procedures, and manufacturing operations.
- Experience with ERP/accounting software preferred.
- Positive analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
