Hiring HR Manager for Jewellery Showroom

We are looking for an experienced and professional HR Manager to handle recruitment, employee management, attendance coordination, and showroom staff operations.

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in Jewellery or Textile industry.

Responsibilities:

- Handle staff recruitment and onboarding process
- Manage employee attendance, leave, and shift coordination
- Maintain HR records and employee documents
- Monitor staff discipline and workplace management
- Coordinate with management for hiring and employee requirements
- Support payroll and employee engagement activities

Requirements:

- Minimum experience in HR field preferred
- Jewellery or Textile industry experience preferred




- Strong communication and staff handling skills
- Tamil speaking mandatory
- Hindi & Basic English preferred
- Basic computer knowledge required
