Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Team Lead – Talent Acquisition to manage and drive end-to-end recruitment activities. The role involves leading a team of recruiters, building effective hiring strategies, and ensuring timely closure of IT positions. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, hands-on IT hiring experience, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of recruiters.

Guide the team on sourcing strategies, interview techniques, and recruitment best practices.

Conduct performance reviews, set targets, and support team development.

Recruitment Strategy & Execution

Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract quality IT talent.

Oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer management.

Ensure hiring aligns with company goals, culture, and diversity initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.

Provide regular updates on hiring status, challenges, and market insights.

Manage relationships with recruitment vendors, job portals,



and external partners.

Process Improvement & Reporting

Improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.

Ensure compliance with legal and organizational hiring policies.

Track and report recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.

Employer Branding & Market Insights

Support employer branding initiatives in coordination with HR and marketing teams.

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor hiring practices.

Diversity & Inclusion
Promote fair and inclusive hiring practices.

Implement strategies to attract a diverse talent pool.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.

Minimum 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership/team-handling role.

Strong experience in IT hiring is mandatory.

Hands-on experience with ATS, recruitment tools, and job portals.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
