Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate leads, acquire clients, and increase brand awareness.
- Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email marketing, and other online channels.
- Identify and approach potential clients, particularly hospitals, clinics, healthcare professionals, and businesses.
- Coordinate with internal teams for campaign execution, content development, and marketing activities.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage client relationships, follow-ups, presentations, and marketing communications.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse marketing metrics, and prepare reports.
- Support brand-building initiatives, promotional activities, and client acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with SEO, social media, content, and design teams to ensure effective campaign delivery.
- Achieve assigned marketing targets and contribute to overall business growth.





Required Skills & Qualifications

- 3 years of experience in healthcare marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience in marketing hospitals, clinics, healthcare services, or digital marketing solutions will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of digital marketing channels, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct market research and identify prospective clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and marketing reporting tools.
- Strong follow-up skills, target orientation, and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, agency, or B2B marketing.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, digital advertising platforms, and marketing analytics.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
