We are now looking for an energetic and target-driven Abroad Education Student Counsellor who thrives in a consultative sales environment and is passionate about helping students take the next step in their academic journey.

Role Overview:

This is a sales-oriented counselling role where you will be responsible for connecting with students and converting inquiries into successful admissions. You’ll work closely with students and parents to understand their needs, suggest suitable study destinations, and ensure smooth admissions – from the first interaction to the final enrollment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Convert incoming leads (calls, walk-ins, digital inquiries) into admissions through effective counselling and follow-up.
- Provide accurate information on study destinations, universities, course options, admission criteria, and application timelines.
- Achieve monthly conversion targets (from inquiry to enrollment) and contribute to revenue growth.
- Build strong rapport with students and their families to establish trust and long-term engagement.




- Maintain regular follow-ups and ensure a positive student experience throughout the admission journey.
- Coordinate with internal teams and global university partners for timely updates and process alignment.
- Participate in education fairs, seminars, webinars, and promotional events as needed.
- Update and manage student data through CRM tools and reporting dashboards.

Who We're Looking For:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any stream (Marketing, Education, or Management preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in study abroad counselling, sales, or EdTech/student services.
- Strong selling and negotiation skills with a student-first approach.
- Excellent communication (English & Gujarati language) and interpersonal skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for helping students achieve their dreams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
