Job Title: Production Supervisor – Injection Moulding
Industry: Plastic Injection Moulding / Plastic Parts Manufacturing
Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily production activities in plastic injection moulding.
- Handle production planning, manpower allocation and shift management.
- Monitor injection moulding machines and ensure smooth production operations.
- Ensure production targets, quality standards and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Identify and resolve production issues, machine-related problems and moulding defects.
- Monitor rejection, scrap and rework to minimize production losses.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance and tool room teams.
- Ensure operators follow safety procedures and production instructions.
- Maintain daily production reports, rejection reports and shift handover records.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines and raw materials.
Requirements:
- Experience in Plastic Injection Moulding and Plastic Components Manufacturing preferred.
- Previous experience as an Injection Moulding Supervisor, Production Supervisor or Shift In-charge preferred.
- Knowledge of injection moulding machines, moulds, process parameters and plastic part defects.
- Ability to manage production operators and achieve production targets.
- ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Plastics Technology or a relevant qualification preferred.
- Candidates with relevant industry experience will be given preference.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Salary & Benefits:
- Monthly Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹35,000, based on experience and skills.
