Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic Senior Associate – Incubation to support startup incubation programs, coordinate events, engage with entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners, and facilitate government funding schemes. This role offers an prospect to work closely with startups and contribute to the growth of the entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing incubation programs, workshops, events, and demo days.
- Act as a point of contact for incubated startups, connecting them with mentors, investors, and relevant resources.
- Coordinate mentor and expert sessions to support startup development and networking.
- Facilitate access to co-working spaces, labs, software tools,



and other incubation resources.
- Track startup progress, prepare reports, and provide regular updates to the incubation team and leadership.
- Engage with prospective startups, partners, and stakeholders to promote incubation programs and build ecosystem awareness.
- Organize activities that encourage innovation and an entrepreneurial mindset among students.
- Coordinate and execute government funding schemes from end to end.
- Ensure compliance with government agency requirements and university policies.

Qualifications and Skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
- 0–1 year of experience in the startup ecosystem.
- Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- An interest in startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, and ecosystem development.
