Job Summary

RPM GLOBAL SERV LLP is looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Logistics Operations Associate to support daily logistics activities, shipment coordination, documentation, and operational processes. The ideal candidate should have basic computer knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and monitor daily logistics and transportation operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, deliveries, and logistics activities.
- Update shipment details, tracking information, and operational data in company systems.
- Prepare and maintain logistics-related documents, reports, and Excel sheets.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth operations.
- Track shipment status and follow up on pending deliveries or operational issues.
- Assist in scheduling shipments and coordinating pickup and delivery activities.
- Ensure timely data entry and proper maintenance of operational records.
- Identify and report delays, discrepancies, and other logistics-related issues.
- Follow company policies,



operational procedures, and data confidentiality guidelines.

Required Skills

- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and data management.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage tasks efficiently.
- Willingness to learn logistics processes and operational procedures.

Educational Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Candidates with a degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field will be preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.

Experience

- Freshers to 1 year of experience in logistics, transportation, back-office operations, or administrative support.
- Prior logistics experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
