- Patrolling: Conduct regular foot or vehicle patrols around the perimeter and interior spaces to deter crime and spot safety hazards.
- Access Control: Monitor entrances, verify employee or visitor IDs, issue guest passes, and manage vehicle logs.
- Surveillance: Watch closed-circuit television (CCTV) feeds, monitor alarm systems, and test security equipment.
- Incident Response: Act as a first responder to disturbances, unauthorized entries, fires, or medical emergencies.
- Enforcement & Eviction: Warn or remove trespassers and enforce building safety policies, coordinating with local law enforcement or fire departments when necessary.
- Reporting: Write detailed daily activity logs and post-incident reports for management or legal review.
