Key Responsibilities

- Conduct soil, climate, site assessments and site surveys.
- Prepare plantation plans, species selection and technical reports adhering to Miyawaki standards.
- Manage vendor negotiations and coordinate with nurseries for procurement of healthy native saplings.
- Monitor plant growth, maintenance schedules, pest/disease issues, and prepare weekly reports with documentation.
- To facilitate community engagement and guide volunteers or corporate partners during afforestation.

Key Skills Required

- Strong knowledge of plant health, soil science, pests/diseases, and species selection and biodiversity conservation.
- Ability to manage field operations independently with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive documentation, analytical and reporting skills.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
