1. End-to-End Dispatch & Inventory Ownership

- Be the single point of contact for Ecommerce KAM, Supply chain, Warehouse, transporters and couriers for all online dispatches, from consignment coordination to delivery.
- Track in-transit consignments and proactively escalate delays and resolve delivery issues.
- Manage and develop processes for generating delivery efficiency
- Handle POD collection, shortage, damage and delay claims with transporters until financial closure with e-Commerce accounts.
- Prepare forecasting for procurement team to ensure no stock-out and flag urgent requirements.

2. Stickering audits and appointment management

- Visit warehouse regularly to Run sticker, label and packaging audit on every consignment before dispatch (marketplace labels such as FNSKU/FSN, carton and ASN labels, PO and invoice match)
- Maintain a labeling checklist and audit log; identify repeat errors and fix them at root with the warehouse team.
- Coordinate with e-Commerce KAM team for appointments and ensure coordination with supply chain for scheduling and tracking; manage re-appointments quickly when rejected or delayed and cut the repeated coordination around them while creating processes.

3. DTC logistics optimization

- Define and enforce clear delivery rules by destination,



order value and weight
- Build order-level cost tracking (cost per order, per kg, as % of order value, by lane and mode) and measure improvement against a baseline.
- Reconcile courier invoices against shipments with Finance; flag weight discrepancies, wrong zones and surcharges.
- Review courier and transporter rates periodically and recommend lane-wise allocation and renegotiation.
- Monitor delivery TAT, RTO and returns by courier, and work with consumers, service and couriers to reduce them.

4. Reporting, compliance and continuous improvement

- Publish a weekly and monthly logistics MIS: dispatch vs plan, On time delivery%, Fill rate%, freight cost, claims, appointment adherence and labeling error rate.
- Ensure documentation compliance (e-way bill, invoices, LR, POD) and maintain SOPs for dispatch, labeling and appointments.
- Provide inputs to Finance for freight accruals, provisions and month-end closing.
- Identify cost and TAT improvement opportunities and implement them with the relevant teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
