Vaid Logistics is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Area Manager – Madurai Region to manage and oversee sales and logistics operations across the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in sales, logistics, distribution, and team/territory management.The Area Manager will be responsible for achieving business targets, maintaining strong relationships with customers and channel partners, coordinating logistics and distribution activities, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee sales and distribution activities across the Madurai region.- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, dealers, and business partners.- Achieve assigned sales, collection, distribution, and business development targets.- Monitor market activities, customer requirements, and competitor movements.- Coordinate with the warehouse, logistics, sales, and other internal teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.- Monitor stock availability, inventory movement, and distribution efficiency.- Ensure smooth coordination between the CFA, distributors,



and company representatives.- Track sales performance and prepare regular reports for management.- Monitor outstanding payments and coordinate with customers/distributors for timely collections.- Lead, guide, and monitor the performance of the team in the assigned territory.- Identify new business opportunities and support expansion of the company's distribution network.- Ensure compliance with company policies, processes, and reporting requirements.- Handle operational issues and resolve customer/distributor concerns effectively.Candidate Requirements- Education: Minimum Graduate degree; MBA preferred.- Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in Sales and Logistics, preferably in distribution/CFA operations.- Robust knowledge of sales, distribution, logistics, and territory management.- Good working knowledge of SAP/ERP systems.- Proficiency in MS Excel and other computer applications.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Language proficiency: English, Hindi, and Tamil.- Strong analytical, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.- Ability to work independently and manage the assigned territory effectively.- Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
