Executive Summary-

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused SEO & AEO Executive with a strong understanding of modern search ecosystems, including AI-driven platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sustainable organic growth across competitive markets by combining technical SEO expertise with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and AI search readiness.

This role requires a data-driven professional who can optimize for both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms, ensuring enhanced visibility, rankings, and conversions through structured experimentation and performance-focused strategies.

Role and Responsibilities-

● Execute technical SEO initiatives to improve crawlability, indexing, and Core Web Vitals
● Optimize content for AI-powered search platforms and answer engines (AEO)
● Implement structured data and schema frameworks to enhance search visibility
● Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and identify scalable growth opportunities
● Collaborate with content, product, and development teams to implement SEO roadmaps ● Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, Ahrefs, and SEMrush
● Optimize content for AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews,



and other generative search systems
● Structure content for entity-based optimization and semantic search
● Enhance visibility in zero-click searches and answer boxes
● Build content aligned with user intent and conversational search patterns
● Implement strategies for LLM discoverability and AI-driven ranking factors
● Improve rankings, organic traffi c, and conversion metrics through continuous optimization
● Develop strategies for featured snippets, voice search, and conversational queries
● Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and AI search advancements

Skills-

● Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
● Knowledge of AI Optimization (AIO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO)
● Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, GA4, and Search Console
● Familiarity with structured data, schema markup, and entity SEO
● Understanding of Core Web Vitals, site performance, and UX impact on SEO
● Analytical mindset with ability to translate data into actionable insights
● Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms like WordPress

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
