- Conduct pre-anaesthesia assessment and obtain informed consent.
- Administer and monitor anaesthesia during surgical procedures.
- Manage airway, ventilation and vital parameters.
- Handle anaesthesia-related emergencies and participate in CPR/Code Blue.
- Provide post-operative pain management and patient monitoring.
- Maintain complete anaesthesia records and documentation.
- Ensure readiness of anaesthesia drugs, equipment and emergency supplies.
- Coordinate with surgeons, OT, ICU and nursing teams.
- Follow hospital, infection-control and patient-safety protocols.
Qualification
MBBS + MD/DNB/DA in Anaesthesia with valid medical registration.
