The Delivery Executive will be responsible for delivering products to customers safely and on time, ensuring proper handling of goods, and coordinating with the operations team regarding delivery schedules and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver products to customers as per the assigned delivery schedule and location.
- Ensure the safe handling and transportation of goods during delivery.
- Use Google Maps to identify locations and follow the correct delivery routes.
- Coordinate with the operations team regarding delivery status, delays, and other issues.
- Verify products and quantities before dispatch and ensure the correct items are delivered.
- Maintain professional behaviour and communicate politely with customers.
- Follow traffic rules and safety guidelines while riding.
- Keep the delivery vehicle and required documents in proper condition.
- Report any damaged,
missing, or incorrectly delivered items to the concerned team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum educational qualification: 10th Pass.
- Must have a valid two-wheeler driving licence.
- Must own a bike or two-wheeler for delivery purposes.
- Must have a helmet and a working smartphone.
- Must know how to operate Google Maps for navigation and location tracking.
- Should be punctual, responsible, and familiar with local routes.
- Valuable communication skills and a customer-friendly attitude are preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹14,000, depending on experience and suitability.
- Other allowances or benefits, if applicable, will be communicated during the selection process.
