About the role:
We are hiring Personal Loan Sales Executives for leading NBFC processes, including Poonawala Fincorp. You will call interested customers, explain personal loan offers and help them complete their applications. Freshers are welcome, and full training is provided.

Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to leads and pitch personal loan products
- Explain eligibility, interest rate, tenure and the documents needed
- Follow up with interested customers and close applications
- Achieve daily call and monthly conversion targets
- Update call outcomes in the system

Requirements:

- HSC or Graduate (freshers and experienced both welcome)
- Positive communication in Hindi and English




- Target-driven and confident on calls
- Basic computer knowledge

Shift: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM, 1 rotational week off

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
