Job Overview
AVG Modulars is looking for a proactive and organized Client Coordinator to manage client communication, coordinate project requirements, and ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while ensuring a positive client experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates, requirements, and queries.
- Coordinate with the Design, Sales, Procurement, and Production teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Follow up with internal departments on project timelines, pending tasks, and client commitments.
- Maintain accurate records of client communications, project updates, and documentation.
- Communicate project progress, delays, and changes to clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle client concerns and coordinate with the relevant teams for timely resolution.
- Track project milestones and ensure follow-ups are completed within deadlines.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and support overall customer satisfaction

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Excel,



MS Word, and email communication.
- A responsible, solution-oriented approach with strong attention to detail.
- Previous experience in client coordination, project coordination, interior design, modular furniture, or a related industry will be an advantage.
