Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle DBA L3 Technical Specialist with 6+ years of experience in Oracle database administration, performance tuning, high availability, disaster recovery, and database patching.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Oracle RAC, Oracle Data Guard, and Oracle GoldenGate, along with experience handling complex production issues, root cause analysis, and critical database incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the Oracle DBA team and manage L3 technical support and project deliverables.
- Administer and troubleshoot Oracle databases, RAC, Data Guard, and GoldenGate environments.
- Plan and execute database patching, upgrades, maintenance, and migration activities.
- Ensure database availability, performance, backup, recovery, and disaster recovery readiness.
- Handle critical production incidents, technical escalations, and root cause analysis (RCA).
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to meet project timelines and SLAs.
- Monitor team performance, manage risks, and provide regular project status reports.
- Ensure compliance with change management, security standards, and operational procedures.




- Mentor team members and drive automation and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills Required:

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Database Administration.
- Strong expertise in Oracle RAC and Oracle Clusterware.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Data Guard, including switchover and failover.
- Practical experience in Oracle GoldenGate administration and troubleshooting.
- Strong experience in Oracle database and Grid Infrastructure patching.
- Positive knowledge of RMAN backup and recovery.
- Experience with Automatic Storage Management (ASM).
- Strong SQL, PL/SQL, and database performance troubleshooting skills.
- Knowledge of Oracle database architecture, memory management, and wait event analysis.
- Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems and shell scripting.
- Experience with production support, incident management, and change management processes.
