Job description:

Identify, prepare and submit competitive tenders for government and private clients, ensuring accurate, compliant and timely bids that maximise the company's win rate.

Key Responsibilities

- Track tender opportunities on government and private portals and carry out bid/no-bid analysis.
- Study tender documents and prepare technical and commercial bids, including BOQs and price schedules.
- Coordinate with engineering, finance, procurement and legal teams for inputs and approvals.
- Arrange EMD, bank guarantees and statutory documents, and complete online submissions before deadlines.
- Support costing, vendor quotations and review of commercial terms and risks.
- Follow up on bid openings, clarifications and negotiations, and maintain a tender tracker.
- Keep company credentials and past-performance records up to date.
- Guide junior team members and review their bids.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce or Business Administration (MBA is a plus).
- 5–8 years of tender/bid experience, preferably in Garments industry.
- Knowledge of tendering procedures and e-procurement portals (GeM, CPPP, state portals).
- Solid MS Office skills, especially Excel and Word.
- Attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to work to tight deadlines.

KPIs

On-time submission, bid compliance, win rate and value of orders won.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
