Job Summary

We are looking for a service-oriented and energetic Cafe Waiter with knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service. The candidate should be able to provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and assist with preparing cocktails and mocktails according to the café’s menu and standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Guest Service

- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional service.
- Present menus, explain menu items, and recommend food and beverages.
- Take orders accurately and ensure timely service.
- Handle guest queries and complaints professionally.

2. Cocktail and Beverage Preparation

- Have practical knowledge of cocktail and mocktail preparation.
- Prepare and serve beverages according to approved recipes and presentation standards.
- Understand beverage ingredients, garnishes, glassware, and measurements.
- Assist with juice, coffee, tea, and other café beverage preparation as required.
- Follow applicable legal requirements and hotel policies for alcoholic beverage service.

3. Cafe Operations

- Set up and maintain tables and service stations.




- Coordinate with the kitchen and beverage preparation team.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the café and service areas.
- Check stock availability and report shortages to the supervisor.
- Prepare and present bills accurately and coordinate payment collection.

4. Professional Standards

- Maintain grooming, punctuality, discipline, and professional conduct.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and service SOPs.
- Work effectively with the F&B; team to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Support opening, closing, and daily café operations.

Required Skills

- Knowledge of cocktail and mocktail preparation.
- Good communication and guest-handling skills.
- Knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work in a team and manage busy service periods.
- Basic billing/POS knowledge is an advantage.

Qualification

- Plus Two or hospitality-related qualification preferred.
- Previous café, restaurant, or hotel experience is preferred.

Preferred Candidate: A waiter who can confidently handle café service and has practical knowledge of cocktail and mocktail preparation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
