Key Responsibilities:

- Assist with network troubleshooting and IT infrastructure support.
- Support hardware, software, LAN, Wi-Fi, and printer-related issues.
- Assist in system installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Provide technical support to employees and resolve basic IT issues.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and documentation.
- Assist the IT team with daily technical operations.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Familiarity with LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches is an advantage.
- Positive troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a team.
- Qualification: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

Pay: ₹2,000.00 - ₹5,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
