Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Signage & Printing Technician to handle the production, installation, and maintenance of signage, banners, stickers, and other printed materials. The ideal candidate should have practical experience operating printing machines, preparing artwork for production, and installing signage for commercial and advertising purposes.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate large-format printers, vinyl cutters, plotters, and other printing equipment.
- Produce banners, stickers, posters, signboards, vehicle graphics, and promotional materials.
- Prepare and process artwork and print files according to job specifications.
- Perform vinyl cutting, lamination, mounting, and finishing work.
- Install indoor and outdoor signage at commercial locations and event venues.
- Measure, cut, assemble, and fit signage materials accurately.
- Ensure proper color quality, print resolution, and finishing standards.
- Troubleshoot printing machine issues and perform routine equipment maintenance.
- Follow safety procedures when handling tools, machinery, and installation equipment.
- Coordinate with designers, production staff, and clients to complete projects on time.

Job Requirements





- Previous experience as a Signage Technician, Printing Technician, or in a similar role.
- Knowledge of large-format printing, vinyl printing, cutting, and lamination.
- Experience with signboard fabrication and signage installation.
- Ability to use printing machines, cutting plotters, and finishing equipment.
- Basic knowledge of design software such as Adobe Illustrator and CorelDRAW is an advantage.
- Ability to read job specifications and take accurate measurements.
- Valuable attention to detail, teamwork, and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours when required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Technical qualification or vocational training in printing, signage, or a related field.
- Experience producing LED signboards, acrylic signs, 3D letters, and illuminated signage is an advantage.
- Knowledge of materials such as vinyl, acrylic, PVC, flex, and aluminium.
