Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and customer-oriented professional to manage customer communication, coordinate pickup schedules, and support daily logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and experience handling customer calls and service-related queries.

Key Responsibilities

- Contact customers for pickup confirmations, scheduling, and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with field executives and logistics teams to ensure timely and efficient pickup services.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, pickup schedules, call logs, and follow-up statuses.
- Provide explicit and accurate information regarding pickup schedules and service updates.
- Follow up with customers regarding pickup delays, rescheduling, and other service-related issues.




- Escalate unresolved customer concerns to the concerned department or reporting manager.
- Ensure effective communication and coordination between customers and field operations teams.
- Prepare daily reports on pickup status, pending requests, customer calls, and service-related issues.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive customer experience.

Required Qualifications and Skills

- Graduate in any discipline; preferred.
- 4–5 years of relevant experience in coordination.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, are mandatory.
- Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, email communication, and basic computer applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, follow-ups, and customer requests efficiently.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in logistics operations, pickup scheduling, field team coordination, or customer service will be preferred.
- Ability to handle customer queries and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
