Key Responsibilities
- Independently handle the finance and accounting profile .
- Take complete ownership of finalisation of books of accounts for the assigned firms.
- Maintain books of accounts independently, ensuring accuracy and timely closure.
- Manage day-to-day treasury operations, including fund management, cash flow monitoring, and banking activities.
- Ensure timely bank reconciliations, ledger scrutiny, and inter-company reconciliations.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders for statutory and financial reporting requirements.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, taxation requirements, and statutory regulations.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports,
and other financial reports as required by management.

- 5-10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, and treasury operations.
- CA Inter, CMA Inter
- Strong experience in independent finalisation of books of accounts and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience in accounting, reconciliations, and treasury operations.
- Ability to manage multiple entities independently with minimal supervision.
- Solid analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
