Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and manage team members for smooth day-to-day operations
- Drive revenue generation and achieve business targets
- Oversee complete center operations and ensure efficiency Plan and conduct field visits for business development and client acquisition
- Implement upselling strategies to maximize revenue
- Ensure high-quality patient experience and service delivery Train, guide, and motivate team members for better performance Coordinate with medical staff Monitor performance metrics and prepare reports
- Experience in field work and business development
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
