Job Responsibilities:
- Manage retail sales of architectural hardware products in the assigned area.
- Develop and maintain relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Achieve sales targets and monitor market performance.
- Manage dealer networks and ensure solid customer relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support sales and business growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in retail sales of architectural hardware or building materials.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience in dealer and distributor management.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
