We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Showroom Manager to manage showroom operations, handle customer enquiries, and drive sales of modular kitchen products. The ideal candidate should have strong customer-handling and sales skills.
Responsibilities
- Handle showroom walk-ins and understand customer requirements.
- Present modular kitchen & Wardrobe products and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and ensure order closure.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and installation teams.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM.
- Ensure proper showroom presentation and product displays.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Modular Kitchen products is mandatory.
- Strong showroom sales and customer-handling experience.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Knowledge of modular kitchen design, products, and installation processes.
- Interior industry experience is Must
- Candidates must have previously worked with an established modular kitchen company.
