Experience: Minimum 5 years in Accounts
Key Responsibilities & Skills:
- Handle day-to-day accounting activities
- Prepare sales/purchase and tax invoices
- Manage payments, receivables and payables
- Prepare quotations, delivery notes and proforma invoices
- Follow up on outstanding payments
- Maintain and update customer/vendor ledgers
- Verify GST data on the GST portal
- Handle monthly TDS-related activities
- Check invoice rates, taxes and other details
- Manage email communication with clients and vendors
- Valuable communication and computer skills
- Experience in retail/trading accounts will be preferred
- Job Location: Manpada, Thane
