*Job Responsibilities*
*1. Sales & Customer Service*
- Achieve store sales targets.
- Give customers a valuable shopping experience.
- Track customer visits and sales.
- Help customers with their questions and issues.
*2. Team Management*
- Supervise daily work of store staff.
- Assign daily tasks and check performance.
- Motivate the team to work better.
- Maintain discipline, grooming, and teamwork.
*3. Store Operations*
- Handle smooth daily running of the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and product display as per standards.
- Check stock availability and product quality.
- Handle rentals, alterations, delivery, and returns properly.
- Follow all company rules and procedures.
*4. Reporting & Coordination*
- Track daily sales and performance.
- Maintain store records and reports.
- Coordinate with the Store Manager and other teams.
- Take care of store operations when the Store Manager is not available.
*Candidate Requirements*
- Education: Any degree.
- Experience: 2+ years in retail sales or store operations preferred.
- Experience in fashion, apparel, menswear, or retail is an advantage.
- Team handling or supervisory experience preferred.
- Good communication and customer handling skills.
- Leadership, problem-solving, and sales-focused mindset.
- Should take ownership of store performance.
