Job Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calls, references, networking, and other approved channels.
- Explain life insurance products, benefits, policy features, and premium options to prospective customers.
- Identify customer financial protection needs and suggest suitable products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Follow up with potential customers and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
- Assist customers with the application and policy documentation process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
- Follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 12th pass or graduate, as required for the specific vacancy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or insurance is an advantage.
- Ability to convince customers and build skilled relationships.
- Target-oriented attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
