Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager – Interiors with a minimum of 5 years of experience in interior design project management and execution. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing interior projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality standards, timely delivery, and cost efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, manage, and execute interior projects from design development to final handover.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, contractors, vendors, and site teams.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, BOQs, and work plans.
- Monitor daily site progress and ensure projects are completed within the agreed timeline and budget.
- Supervise civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, false ceiling, flooring, and finishing works.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Review drawings, identify site issues, and coordinate timely resolution of technical challenges.
- Manage procurement, material planning, vendor coordination, and contractor activities.
- Track project costs, control expenses, and provide regular progress reports to management and clients.
- Conduct site inspections,



resolve execution-related issues, and maintain proper documentation.
- Manage snagging, defect rectification, and final project handover.
- Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in interior project management and execution.
- Strong knowledge of interior fit-out works, materials, finishes, and construction methods.
- Experience in handling residential, commercial, office, retail, or hospitality interior projects.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, interior, electrical, and MEP drawings.
- Positive knowledge of BOQs, estimation, budgeting, billing, and project scheduling.
- Strong leadership, team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and project management tools; knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
