Job Summary

We are looking for a qualified and detail-oriented Planning Engineer to join our construction team in Dubai, UAE. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and updating project schedules, monitoring construction progress, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring projects are completed within the planned timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare, update, and maintain project schedules and construction programmes.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and identify potential delays.
- Coordinate with site engineers, project managers, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Track project milestones and prepare regular progress reports.
- Identify scheduling issues and assist in developing recovery plans to minimize delays.
- Monitor project activities and ensure timely completion of construction works.
- Maintain project planning documents, schedules, and progress records.




- Communicate project status and scheduling updates to the management team.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Relevant experience in construction project planning and scheduling.
- UAE experience in building construction is preferred.
- Knowledge of project scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project is an advantage.
- Understanding of construction sequences, project timelines, and progress monitoring.
- Valuable analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with site teams and subcontractors.
